Everything was modern, amazing location adjacent to the sea and great views, and the upper Roker promenade, accommodating staff. I've been here for 4 nights, the breakfast was hearty and substantial with homely atmosphere. Liked the location near to a decent restaurant next door at the ‘ Poetic license'. After long day I visited R Bar for a couple of drinks.

Had very very good stay at short notice and at the beginning of the easter holidays. The room was well-organised, with an own bathroom. The staff were fairly friendly and accommodating day and night. The great food was a good touch.

Taste the food in Let There be Crumbs, you only need to walk 200 metres to reach it. Excellent base for a city trip in Sunderland! Free Wi Fi was working perfectly.
