I asked for a double room and the one given was a nice size and themed. It was convenient having a TV set and a kettle. Stunning beachfront location next to sunderland Good B&B as well as the upper Roker promenade. Moreover, Robert Dundas was minutes away from the venue.

Everything was modern, amazing location adjacent to the sea and great views, and the upper Roker promenade, accommodating staff. I've been here for 4 nights, the breakfast was hearty and substantial with homely atmosphere. Liked the location near to a decent restaurant next door at the ‘ Poetic license'. After long day I visited R Bar for a couple of drinks.

Taste the food in Let There be Crumbs, you only need to walk 200 metres to reach it. Excellent base for a city trip in Sunderland! Free Wi Fi was working perfectly.
